Shipping and delivery charges are dependent on destination and order value. Shipments are subject to the terms and conditions of the National Motor Freight Classification (NMF 0100 Series) uniform straight bill of lading in place on the date of the shipment. Shipments that originate in the United States are subject to the released value provisions of the National Motor Freight Classification in effect on the shipment date. Tamis Corporation is not liable for any obligations under the bill of lading when a loss, damage, or delay is caused by an act of God, an act of terrorism, labor stoppage, acts of public authorities or customs officials, acts of war, or any cause beyond the control of Tamis.
Freight charges are determined by weight and cube.
Once your order arrives, make sure to inspect all components for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Sign for the order only if the product is in an acceptable condition. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, call Tamis Corporation for a replacement.
